**Fees listed apply to regularly scheduled sessions. Services provided on an unscheduled, urgent, or emergent basis may be billed at a different rate, consistent with applicable federal and state regulations. Patients will be informed of any applicable charges as required under the No Surprises Act.

Prompt Payment Discount

A 15% prompt-pay discount may be available for eligible self-pay or out-of-network services when payment is made prior to or on the day of service; unscheduled, urgent, or emergent sessions may be billed differently.
