NO SURPRISES ACT
The No Surprises Act (cms.gov) is a federal law designed to protect patients from unexpected medical bills. In accordance with this law, Oriel Psychological Services will provide self-pay and uninsured patients a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services are provided.
This estimate will be provided:
For services scheduled at least three business days before the service, within one day of scheduling.
For services scheduled at least ten business days before the service, within three day of scheduling.
Within three days or requesting the estimate.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to dispute charges if your final bill is substantially higher than the estimate you received.
