CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When a session is canceled late or missed, that time cannot usually be offered to another client. This policy helps ensure fairness, availability, and continuity of care. Oriel Psychological Services requires at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $95 late cancellation fee.

  • Arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will also result in a $95 fee.

Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed or late-canceled appointments. These fees are the client’s responsibility and cannot be billed to insurance.

We understand emergencies happen and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
